If I can help one weary traveler
On life's toilsome lonely road
If I can share a heavy burden
To lighten someone's load

If I can ease a suffering
Of deep anguish and great pain
If I can wipe a falling tear
Midst frightening storm and rain

If I can walk in holiness
According to God's plan
And live a life of servitude
Before the Lord and man

If I can point somebody to the way
Of eternal life to gain
If I can lead one soul to Christ
I shall not have lived in vain.
