SAILING TOWARD HOME
What's
that I see
Upon distant
sea
In
the center of the storm
A
battered vessel with tattered sails
I
can still view its saintly form.
So
far from the shore
Won't
turn back anymore
The
gale's in full force
The
sails have been set
And
the ship's still on course.

Fierce
winds howl and blow
The
boat's tossed to and fro
But
the bulwark is strong
And
the ship doesn't sink
Though
the night is so dark and so long
The billows
rage high
Lightnings
bolt from the sky
How
can this frail voyager stay afloat
Because
the Master of the wind and the waves
Is
there in the midst of the boat!
